A little history...

Curiosity Corner Children's Academy has been operating in Parkesburg since 1981.  In those 40 plus years, there have been only two owners.  The original owner grew the school from a small space within the Parkesburg Methodist Church to a 6,000sf full-service educational facility constructed in 1987. 

 

In 2013, Kate Miller became the second owner and operator of Curiosity Corner Children's Academy.  Kate immediately went to work on achieving the highest accreditation of a STAR 4 within Pennsylvania's Keystone Stars program.  Kate has grown enrollment over 30% through community outreach and engagement; hiring and maintaining high-quality motivated staff; and building strong connections with not only parents but the children Curiosity Corner cares for.
